Beaver Valley Lodge is located in the unincorporated town of Plain - Fourteen miles away from Leavenworth, about a 12 - 15 Minute Drive. 

We are nestled in the historic Beaver Valley with a beautiful 360 Degree mountain view of the Cascade Mountain Range. We are at 1,850 ft. Elevation. 

We're located in the unincorporated town of Plain which is 14 miles away from downtown Leavenworth which we call "North Leavenworth" - and while we're not in downtown Leavenworth you'll love it here more. We guarantee it. 

Why get away from the city, just to stay in another city? We're nestled in the historic and breathtaking Beaver Valley which is in the beautiful Cascade mountain range away from the crowds, and traffic and set amongst the pristine forests, trails, rivers of our area. 

Just a FYI: The Leavenworth address and postal code stretches long and far - all the way up to Stevens pass. We're all apart of Leavenworth. 

If you take the Chumstick highway it takes 12-15 Minutes. This is the safest, convenient, and most direct way into downtown Leavenworth. 

If you take Highway 2 it takes 28 - 30 minutes and takes you along Tumwater canyon, and the Wenatchee river. This route is traveled frequently by other travelers, and semi trucks. It can be a challenge in the winter.

• From Seattle/Everett:  Take Hwy 2 east (over Stevens pass) to State Hwy 207 at Cole’s Corner towards Lake Wenatchee State Park. Turn left on to Hwy 207. Turn right on to Beaver Valley Road. Take Beaver Valley Rd into Plain. We are 8 miles from Coles Corner to Plain. 

•  From Downtown Leavenworth:  Take the Chumstick Hwy, at the east end of town, heading north over Beaver Hill and right into Plain, at the bottom of the hill. We are 14 miles from Leavenworth to Plain.  

• From I-90:  Take Interstate Hwy 90 to Hwy 97 north at Ellensburg. Take Hwy 97 north to Hwy 2 west. Turn left on Hwy 2 to go west toward Leavenworth. Turn right on the Chumstick Hwy (just east of Leavenworth) and follow the directions from downtown Leavenworth directly above.

The  village of Plain has a country grocery store, hardware store, Café and laundromat. There is also a winery, plus the vast outdoors!

We have Four beautiful, distinct seasons in our area:

• Winter, or the first snow, usually starts just after Thanksgiving. We normally go through winter with 1 to 5 feet on the ground until just after Valentines Day. ( We plow our own roads.) Remember Mother Nature is not always normal! Day temps. average 10-40 degrees, nights 2-25 degrees. Check your weather and pass reports.
• Spring, gets underway about mid-March to mid June. Lots of wildflowers, and birds returning April/May. Temperatures about 60 plus during the day, with frosts at night. 
• Summer, comes in fast! One day its spring and then its summer. Anytime from mid-may to mid-June. 80-90 degree days, once in a while, 95 degrees more recently in the 100's. Little or no rain. Low humidity, cool, comfortable evenings.  
• Autumn, starts in September with the first frosts. Full autumn leaf beauty by the last week of September through most of October. 50-60 degree days, frost at night.

Now remember - The weather is always changing, and we're seeing different patterns every year. Call our front desk, and we can give you a rundown on our current weather, and the projected forecast so you can plan your trip better.  

We're fun to visit all year round! Every season gives you a different experience with us. 

(Personally, our favorite is the spring. The flowers bloom, the fountains are dripping, the birds are chirping, and its not too hot or too cold!)

The County plows as needed all winter around us. The state plows all highways. Remember the State requires you carry chains when traveling the passes and its a good idea to be prepared for sudden harsh winter weather. We plow our own interior roads and lodge.

There are very limited to no Uber & Lyft options available in our area. We recommend using Leavenworth Taxi & Shuttle 

14 Minutes South is downtown Leavenworth. There is a Safeway, gas stations, electric charging stations, restaurants, shops, and more. 

45 Minutes East is Wenatchee. This is the nearest large city with a variety of shopping, eating, and nature destinations

Depending on the time, and availability. We are not always able to accommodate a one night stay. 

We have a standard two night minimum January - November, and three night minimum during December.

There are opportunities where we might be able to fit you in around other bookings. Give our front desk a call and we'll see if we can accommodate this for you 

We request that you keep your furry friends at home. Beaver Valley Lodge is a pet free facility. 

This allows us to keep all our accommodations clean for all future guests. 

Each accommodation has its own separate amenities / perks. 

However all of our accommodations come stocked with Full sets of towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryers, coffee maker, coffee, wine glasses, drinking glasses, and dinnerware / silverware

Due to guest safety we do not provide irons and ironing boards in our rooms. 

They are available upon request from the front desk

Of course! This isn't the 1800's! 

We offer full gigabit speeds for free to all our guests, and their devices.

We'll provide you with the Network, and password info at check in

(speeds can be limited / reduced during peak times, heavy load, weather, and various other circumstances. This is beyond our control and we cannot guarantee speeds, connectivity, or usability)

Our coffee makers are standard 12 cup coffee makers. We provide you with Signature dark roast coffee grounds, powdered creamer, and sugar. We also provide you with one of a kind Beaver Valley Lodge coffee mugs! (These mugs are available for purchase from the front desk so you have a souvenir from your stay) 

• We do not offer daily housekeeping as a standard as we are a limited service lodge

However If you are staying longer than 5 nights we do a light housekeeping in your room to make sure you have fresh sheets, and your amenities are restocked

If you would like to request daily housekeeping we can do this for an additional charge. 

• We do not offer breakfast. 

We don't want to ruin your stay with us by providing you with boring and basic cereal, muffins, and milk. You can visit the old mill café next door for an amazing country breakfast!

Absolutely! Give us a call, and ask to speak to one of our managers. We'll be more than happy to take care of your needs and give you a great price! (Discounts exclude holidays, and are at managements discretion) 

Active Duty Military, and Veterans if you book direct. 

(Service member must present Military ID, Veterans must provide proof of serving in armed forces. Discount only applies to the room that the service member will be staying in if booking in a group and will not apply to the entire reservation)

We also offer discounts if you stay with us during our off seasons!

We can depending on a few factors, but it's not guaranteed or a standard practice for us. 

We cannot hold rooms during holidays, and peak seasons. This keeps it fair for everyone due to demand

Yes, Beaver Valley Lodge offers free self-parking for guests. We will provide you with a parking pass at check in. Beaver Valley Lodge or its staff are not responsible for any damage, losses, break-ins, to your vehicle or its contents while on our property. Please remove all valuable items, and secure your vehicle. 

Coming soon! We will have a designated charging station / stall for guest use! We do not have specifics on charger types, or cost to use at the moment. But will update this as soon as we develop this program more in 2024! The closest charging stations are at Mountain springs lodge down the road from us, or at dans market in downtown Leavenworth. 

We absolutely do! We have three different parking areas available for larger vehicles, and trailers. Please inquire with the front desk about these locations.
